Role Overview

HR Partners care deeply about the employee experience and support managers to focus on people through engagement, technology, and innovation. They operate as subject matter experts, having deep knowledge of company and local programs, processes, and policies.

What You Will Do

HR Partners will act as frontline consultants to the business, working with managers in creating positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters. They will process ownership for Employee Relations management, consult managers on people matters, and coordinate with the legal department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of human resources experience
  • Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish
  • Experience in mentoring, leading, and coaching
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
