Job Description
The HR/Payroll Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR and Payroll functions, ensuring accurate employee data management, timely payroll processing, and compliance with employment regulations.

Requirements

  • Assist with new employee onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Manage the HR Support inbox
  • Ensure data reconciliation between HRIS and timekeeping systems
  • Review and post weekly timesheets
  • Assist with administration of FMLA and other leaves of absence
  • Serve as primary backup for semi-monthly payroll processing
  • Assist with generating and compiling reports
  • Respond to various employment-related requests
  • Prepare and reconcile weekly paid time off accruals
  • Support HR with internal audits and general recordkeeping compliance
  • Provide back-up support for the company receptionist as needed
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative projects and HR department support
