Job Description
The HR/Payroll Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR and Payroll functions, ensuring accurate employee data management, timely payroll processing, and compliance with employment regulations.
Requirements
Assist with new employee onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records
Manage the HR Support inbox
Ensure data reconciliation between HRIS and timekeeping systems
Review and post weekly timesheets
Assist with administration of FMLA and other leaves of absence
Serve as primary backup for semi-monthly payroll processing
Assist with generating and compiling reports
Respond to various employment-related requests
Prepare and reconcile weekly paid time off accruals
Support HR with internal audits and general recordkeeping compliance
Provide back-up support for the company receptionist as needed
Assist with miscellaneous administrative projects and HR department support
