Job Description
The HR Payroll Manager will oversee the end-to-end HR operational functions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role involves managing payroll for various sources (federal, state, and local tax filings), compliance, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to evolving needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll
  • Strong experience with multi-state payroll, including tax filings and compliance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and employment laws
  • Proven ability to manage and improve HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity, Rippling, etc.)
