Job Description
This is an opportunity to join Segal as a HR/Payroll Senior Analyst. The role offers an opportunity to learn and apply specialized knowledge of payroll administration, HR operations, and employment practices to analyze data, interpret policy, and then advise on matters of significance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Specialized knowledge of payroll administration, employment practices, and HR operations.
  • 2 plus years of experience applying professional judgment in HR operations, payroll analysis, HRIS, or workforce analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience designing or refining reports and analyses.
  • Proficiency with HRIS or payroll systems, including the ability to troubleshoot issues, support configuration changes, or participate in system upgrades.
