The HR/Payroll Senior Analyst is an exempt professional role that offers an opportunity to learn and apply specialized knowledge of payroll administration, HR operations, and employment practices to analyze data, interpret policy, and then advise on matters of significance. The HR/Payroll Senior Analyst will exercise independent judgment in evaluating complex HR and payroll information, ensuring compliance, and recommending solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness and reduce risk.
