Job Description
The Opportunity... This is an opportunity to join Segal as a HR/Payroll Senior Analyst (Senior Associate). The HR/Payroll Senior Analyst supports both daily operations and long‐term initiatives by transforming data into actionable insights and maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR and payroll processes.
Requirements
2 plus years of experience applying professional judgment in HR operations, payroll analysis, HRIS, or workforce analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Specialized knowledge of payroll administration, employment practices, and HR operations.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret requirements, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience designing or refining reports and analyses.
Proficiency with HRIS or payroll systems, including the ability to troubleshoot issues, support configuration changes, or participate in system upgrades.
