Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience applying professional judgment in HR operations, payroll analysis, HRIS, or workforce analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Specialized knowledge of payroll administration, employment practices, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience designing or refining reports and analyses.
  • Proficiency with HRIS or payroll systems, including the ability to troubleshoot issues, support configuration changes, or participate in system upgrades.
  • Strong commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and internal controls when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Effective professional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
