Role OverviewThe People Project Management Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional HR projects that improve organizational effectiveness, process efficiency, and service delivery.
What You Will Do
Plan and lead HR projects from initiation through implementation and closeout, develop and maintain project plans, coordinate project responsibilities, monitor project performance, and provide clear and timely project updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive People & Tech experience
- Project-management or process-improvement certification, such as PMP, CAPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or a comparable credential, preferred
