Role OverviewThe HR Plant Manager will lead HR initiatives for the Fowlerville plant, serving as a trusted partner to coach and guide leaders through employee-related situations and challenges. They will also shape the site's people strategy by developing and recommending effective HR plans and procedures that support all employees and drive a positive workplace culture.
What You Will Do
The HR Plant Manager will plan, organize, and oversee all department activities, lead designated project activities, manage full-cycle recruitment, prepare separation reports, and collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
