Job Description
ProSidian is a Management And Operations Consulting Services firm seeking an HR Policy Analyst to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as NSF. The HR Policy Analyst will provide analytical support to inform Government-led strategic HR planning, workforce research, and human capital governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Policy
  • 5+ years of policy analysis experience
  • Experience in Government And Public Services Sector
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
