HR Portfolio and Delivery Lead

You will keep the whole HR Operations portfolio moving, holding the method and the cadence, the stakeholder governance, the budget and the benefits.

What You Will Do

You will bring order to many moving parts, on a live estate under real-time pressure. You will keep the plan honest, the budget visible, and the risks in the open. You will set up and prepare the steering calls that keep senior stakeholders aligned and decisions moving. You will drive change and communication alongside the programs, not as an afterthought.

Requirements

• About 8+ years in program or portfolio delivery, ideally in HR, systems, or operations change.
• Portfolio and delivery tooling
• HR or systems program experience
• Change-management and communication experience
• A recognized continuous-improvement or delivery method
• Experience owning a budget and a benefits case preferred
• Carve-out experience preferred
• English language fluency. Bilingual skills, a plus
• Local resident of Metro Detroit with ability to work on site
• Valid U.S. Passport with ability to travel globally
