Job Description
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a proactive HR Programs Coordinator to support HR initiatives and programs, assist with policy implementation, employee programs, and administrative HR tasks.

Requirements

  • Assist with implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee participation in HR initiatives.
  • Maintain records related to HR program activities.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for HR leadership.
  • Support HR communications and employee announcements.
  • Assist with tracking program compliance and participation metrics.
  • Ensure HR programs comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports and provide insights for HR leadership.
  • Work closely with HR, payroll, and operations teams to support HR initiatives.
  • Provide assistance for HR process improvement projects.
