The HR Readiness & Mobilization Advisor provides high-level support to the HR Readiness & Mobilization Manager in overseeing HR operations for new and existing projects, particularly in international or complex locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of HR operations experience in international or remote settings.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent research, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
