HR Recruiting & Talent Development Specialist

The HR Recruiting & Talent Development Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, supporting new hire engagement and retention, and building internal talent development programs. This role partners closely with General Managers, Department Leaders, and HR Specialists to ensure staffing needs are met while creating a strong internal leadership pipeline across the organization.

What You Will Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and maintain active candidate pipelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days, conduct follow-up check-ins, and support a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience. Assist in the development and management of leadership and Manager-in-Training (MIT) programs, identify high-potential employees, and support succession planning and internal promotion initiatives.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed
