Role OverviewAs an HR Representative for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group, you will support various Human Resources processes, provide entry-level HR analysis, and build effective relationships with business partners. You will also collect, maintain, and deliver HR data to support business decisions and workforce planning. The preferred location for this position is Urbandale, IA, and at the discretion of the hiring manager, the role may be based out of Moline, IL.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include supporting HR processes, providing HR analysis and data support, building relationships with business partners, and assisting managers in understanding and applying key HR practices.
