Requirements

  • Manage and administer compensation processes for new hires, internal promotions, merit increases, and wage adjustments.
  • Conduct market surveys and benchmark pay ranges across all departments.
  • Administer and process company bonus and incentive programs in coordination with Payroll and Finance.
  • Oversee the administration of the Professional Development reimbursement program.
  • Assist with the facilitation of HR and Payroll training sessions.
  • Provide assistance with training facilitation and development materials.
