Job Description
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a dedicated HR Rewards and Compensation Administrator to manage compensation programs, analyze market trends, and ensure equitable pay structures across the company. The role involves collaboration with leadership to align compensation strategies with business objectives and market standards, and offers opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Requirements
Manage and administer compensation processes for new hires, internal promotions, merit increases, and wage adjustments.
Conduct market surveys and benchmark pay ranges across all departments.
Administer and process company bonus and incentive programs in coordination with Payroll and Finance.
Oversee the administration of the Professional Development reimbursement program.
Assist with the facilitation of HR and Payroll training sessions.
Provide assistance with training facilitation and development materials.
