TFCU seeks a HR Shared Services Coordinator to provide operational support and services to employees across the organization, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Requirements
Associate degree in business or 60 hours of college with a relatable major focus
Two years of experience in HR, business specialties, branch operations administration, or applicable work experience/military experience
Excellent customer service, communication, proofreading, administrative, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, maintain high motivation, and adapt to ambiguity
