JCS is seeking an HR Specialist focused on employee engagement to join their dynamic, remote-friendly team. Requirements
Conduct outreach calls with employees to support onboarding, retention, and engagement.
Manage employee recognition programs (milestone awards, gifts, etc.).
Serve as the primary contact for employee experience vendors.
Analyze vendor performance and provide recommendations.
Oversee employee engagement awards and recognition programs.
Coordinate employee surveys and track responses.
Support HR initiatives across multiple teams.
Develop internal communications and standardize HR communication templates.
