Job Description
We’re searching for a dynamic HR professional to join our HR Talent Team to support US compensation, benefits, and global recruitment in partnership with the Senior Director of HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience with full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, and benefits management.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws.
  • Experience with ATS or HRIS systems and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Able to work autonomously while delivering high-quality results.
