Job Description
HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR functions in a high-volume manufacturing environment, including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and training and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years equivalent HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Experience with HRIS systems; UKG Pro experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law basics, and HR administrative processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport in a diverse manufacturing workforce
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
