Role OverviewThe HR Specialist supports the management of employee and labor relations matters by providing guidance, case support, and analysis aligned with company policy and applicable employment laws. This role partners with HR, managers, and employees to help resolve workplace concerns, support investigations, and promote a fair, respectful, and compliant work environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supporting employee relations and labor relations activities, assisting with ER/LR investigations, providing guidance to managers and HR partners, maintaining accurate and confidential ER/LR case documentation, and supporting trend analysis and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, HR operations, or a related HR discipline
- Working knowledge of employee relations principles and U.S. employment practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
