Role Overview

Support core HR processes, including onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employment changes in a busy, people-focused environment. Assist with employee onboarding, support new hire compliance processes, and complete HRIS edits and corrections.

What You Will Do

Assist with employee onboarding, support new hire compliance processes, complete HRIS edits and corrections, process internal employee transfers, assign benefits based on position, audit assigned benefits, and handle other HR generalist tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Experience with HR and hiring or onboarding
  • Experience in an HR generalist role
  • Experience with HRIS administration, including PTO adjustments, position changes, auditing, and transfers
  • Experience with ADP and familiarity with an applicant tracking system
  • Experience working in people-heavy environments and supporting multi-site operations
  • A degree is welcomed, ideally in HR, business, or a related field
