Role OverviewThe Staffing Specialist will join our current HR Team and directly impact the furthering of CI’s Mission by ensuring that as an Agency, we recruit and attract candidates who provide support for our Individuals.
What You Will Do
The position will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring talent as well as maintaining strong relationships with candidates, industry organizations and internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years’ talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing the full-life recruitment cycle preferred
- Proven success delivering recruiting results individually in a fast-paced and environment
- Detail/results-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to network externally and internally to source candidates
- Solid direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and contacts
- Knowledge of or experience working with an Applicant Tracking / Talent Acquisition System
- Valid driver’s license with no less than 3 years of a clean driving record
- Incumbent’s vehicle must meet the State’s minimum requirements for maintaining valid automobile insurance and current vehicle registration
