Job Description
Curai Health is pioneering a new model of primary care, unlocked by AI, to address the biggest challenges in care delivery. We're a remote-first company and consider candidates across the United States. Our corporate office is located in San Francisco. We're looking for an HR Systems & Operations Specialist who can balance day-to-day people operations with ownership of our HR systems.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or people operations role.
  • Hands-on experience managing and administering HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of core HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Comfort balancing employee-facing support with behind-the-scenes system work.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience a plus.
