Job Description
Monster Energy is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to administer, optimize, and support the organization's HR systems, acting as a bridge between HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, strong Excel proficiency, and knowledge of HR data structures, business processes, and system integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, supporting mid-to-large organizations (5,000+ employees preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in administering at least one major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, UKG, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)
  • Strong Excel proficiency required
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and system integrations
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and SOX/controls environments
  • HRIS or HR certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, UKG certifications, SHRM-CP)
