Role OverviewThe Lead HR Systems Assistant will assist with development, management, and enhancement of HR and payroll systems, providing lead direction to HR System Assistants. The role involves managing HR data dashboards, reports, and analysis, ensuring key metrics are attained. The Lead HR Systems Assistant will contribute to and maintain a student learning-centered HR Department by working collaboratively with organizational stakeholders.
What You Will Do
The Lead HR Systems Assistant will oversee the accurate, timely data entry of HR information system software, assist with the development of user training manuals and system guidelines, and provide various reports for decision making and audits. The role also involves assisting with implementation, roll out, and training to end users of new and existing HR systems.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in system support

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and produce statistical reports
- Working knowledge of human resources functions, procedures, and systems
