HR Transformation & Change Lead

The HR Transformation & Change Lead is an individual who brings rigorous consulting methodologies, analytical discipline, and execution excellence to support the modernization of the HR function by harnessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technology to maximize operational efficiencies, elevate employee experiences, and deliver decision-grade insights at scale and with trust.

What You Will Do

This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and virtual/telecommute work, to be based in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate blends deep consulting-style problem-solving with operational delivery—ensuring that transformation initiatives achieve high adoption, deliver decision-grade data, and capture intended business value with speed and precision.

Requirements

• BA/BS plus at least 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Completion of a recognized AI, generative AI, responsible AI, or AI governance credential
• Hands-on experience designing and facilitating workshops, process mapping sessions, ideation activities, and stakeholder alignment forums
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale, multi-region transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations
• Proficiency with project delivery and work management tools
• Experience with HR technology platforms, service management tools, workflow automation, or analytics solutions
• Certification or formal training in Prosci / ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar methodology
