Role OverviewThe Payroll Specialist provides comprehensive HR support services to employees across Kettering Health while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative, transactional, and records management functions that support Human Resources operations.
What You Will Do
Review Timekeeper training records, maintain and update Timekeeper distribution lists, process employee W-4 workflow transactions, perform retroactive bonus calculations and payroll adjustments, and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of related Human Resources or administrative experience

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
