Role Overview

The Workforce Support Specialist will deliver direct day-to-day HR support to both leaders and employees, managing HR procedures, policies, and programs for specific functions and sites within the US. This role involves providing positive employee relations and manager capability support across sites, using observations and data to recommend ER strategies and initiatives that support employee morale and engagement.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this position include providing HR-related inquiries, complaints, and customer service, collaborating with other workforce support tiers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and comprehensive way, and assisting employees and managers with standard support activities.

Requirements
