Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in a growing organization in the technology and professional services space, supporting career path initiatives, performance management, and employee development across the US.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR, HR Business Partner, or similar roles
Experience working closely with engineering, delivery, or program management teams
Proven experience supporting career development frameworks and performance management processes
Experience collaborating with global or distributed HR teams
Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a cross-location, fast-paced environment
Experience with HR systems and people analytics is a plus
