Job Description
LyondellBasell is a leader in the global chemical industry. This HRBP role will provide day-to-day support for client group leaders and colleagues on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, employee retention and engagement, site culture, and other HR processes and site activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years professional work in the Human Resources function
Travel is required up to 35% of the time
