Job Description

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Human Resources Business Partner to support the Engineering Division. In this role, you will assist in all aspects of the HR function in an organization that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.

Requirements

BA/BS in HR or related field; SPHR certification strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist capacity.
Business savvy and knowledge to partner with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives.
Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment.
Flexibility, strong communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
