Job Description
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Human Resources Information System, Dayforce, in a multi-state environment. The role serves as the system subject matter expert and primary owner of HRIS configuration, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and compliance support.
Requirements
Hands-on experience administering Dayforce in a production environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
5–10 years of progressive HRIS, HR Operations, or Payroll Systems experience in a multi-state environment
Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance requirements
Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
Demonstrated ability to assess risk, ensure compliance, and maintain high data integrity
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
HRIS, Payroll, or Human Resources certification
