Job Description
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Human Resources Information System, Dayforce, in a multi-state environment. The role serves as the system subject matter expert and primary owner of HRIS configuration, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and compliance support.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering Dayforce in a production environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of progressive HRIS, HR Operations, or Payroll Systems experience in a multi-state environment
  • Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance requirements
  • Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk, ensure compliance, and maintain high data integrity
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • HRIS, Payroll, or Human Resources certification
