Role OverviewNova Biomedical is looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst (Contract) to support our HR technology roadmap with a primary focus on UKG Pro. This role will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to configure and enhance UKG Pro, support system implementations, improve HR processes, and deliver key HR technology initiatives.
What You Will Do
Configure and maintain UKG Pro to support HR business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience. Support key HR technology initiatives, including the implementation of UKG Pro Performance Management and integration of a new Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of HRIS experience
- UKG Pro experience preferred
- Workforce Management experience preferred
- Strong reporting and analytics skills (BI/People Analytics)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests effectively
