Job Description
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations, and providing training and support to users.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement and maintain the UKG HRIS system
  • Manage configuration, customization, and optimization of the UKG platform
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues
  • Continuously assess and recommend system enhancements, updates, and improvements
  • Assist in the development of automated workflows and notifications within the HRIS
  • Collaborate with various departments, regulatory agencies, and vendors
  • Analyze HRIS data to identify trends and provide insights into workforce metrics
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in UKG
  • Assist in the development and execution of HRIS training programs
  • Provide end-user support and training on UKG self-service features
