Job Description
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the HRIS, compliance reporting, and HR strategies to align with the organization's goals. The role focuses on analyzing and improving HR processes and system functionalities, data management, and user support.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement and maintain the UKG HRIS system
  • Manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of the UKG platform
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues
  • Continuously assess and recommend system enhancements and updates
  • Assist in the development of automated workflows and notifications
  • Collaborate with various departments, regulatory agencies, and vendors
  • Analyze HRIS data to identify trends and provide insights
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in UKG
  • Assist in the development and execution of HRIS training programs
  • Provide end-user support and training on UKG self-service features
  • Manage compliance obligations and reporting
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
