Role OverviewThe HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role serves as the critical bridge between People Operations and IT, ensuring seamless system functionality, data integrity, and integrations across platforms.
What You Will Do
Maintain and optimize the HRIS, design and implement data integrations and APIs, manage system upgrades and patches, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, troubleshoot system issues, and extract, transform, and analyze HR data.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data integrations and APIs between HRIS and other business systems
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying data from relational databases or data warehouses
- Experience working with Power BI (or similar BI tools) to build dashboards and reports
- 3–5+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience
- Hands-on experience supporting HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of HR processes, data structures, and compliance requirements
