Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will support all aspects of HRIS and interfaces, reporting, and process improvement initiatives related to HRIS applications, systems, and tools, working closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefit teams to enhance and support HRIS systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of HRIS experience, UltiPro preferred
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with solid customer service skills
  • Proactive with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think logically and critically to create innovative solutions to complicated problems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to focus on multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Solution oriented
  • Critical thinking skills and being able to work independently
  • Excellent technical aptitude and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
