Role OverviewThe HRIS Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for processing and reconciling Oracle HR data systems activity for multiple legal entities. This role will be responsible for the accuracy of Union and Non-Union Team Member data, including research, correction of HR data issues, licensing compliance and reporting.
What You Will Do
Monitor legal compliance, recommend solutions to problems, maintain and update databases, review and approve/reject data transactions, maintain data integrity, investigate data errors, create and distribute audit reports, perform scheduled audits, and maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.

Requirements
