We're seeking an HRIS & HR Operations Coordinator to support and evolve our HR function. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience, is energized by a fast-paced environment, and approaches challenges with curiosity and a solutions-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Experience supporting compliance reporting and audits
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
