Job Description
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams. We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Data Manager to support the rollout and optimization of our new HRIS.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of hands-on experience managing and implementing HRIS platforms.
  • Direct experience leading HRIS implementations or major module rollouts.
  • Strong background in data auditing, migration, and cross-system reconciliation.
  • Experience designing and improving HR system integrations and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build governance processes and sustainable operational controls.
