Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HRIS & Payroll Supervisor to lead payroll operations and HR systems reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong experience in HRIS reporting and data analysis
  • Proven leadership experience with team management or supervision
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing payroll operations (multi-state preferred)
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Experience with reporting tools such as IBM Cognos or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL, SQR, or other data query/reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
