Job Description
Cirrus Aircraft is seeking an HRIS & People Analytics Lead to administer, optimize, and evolve the company's HRIS technology and people analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, or related roles, with strong HR domain experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science or equivalent field
  • 7 years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, or related roles
  • Proven expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and data visualization best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
