Role OverviewThe Education Coach will provide ongoing support to the teaching staff of PACE Education Division, ensuring adherence to Head Start Performance Standards and providing high-quality Early Childhood Development services.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular site visits, develop meaningful relationships with site directors and teaching staff, and provide coaching and training to staff on early childhood education best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
- Current and valid Child Development Master Teacher Permit or higher
- Four years' experience in a classroom or group setting with young children
- Training in Practice-Based Coaching and using assessment data to deliver coaching and professional development strategies
- Minimum of six units in Infant and Toddler Development
- CLASS reliability certification
