Role OverviewResponsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of site policies, programs, and procedures to reduce team member injury, minimize company exposure, and ensure compliance with corporate HSE management system and all applicable HSE regulations.
What You Will Do
Conducts and assists with internal and external HSE audits, meets with regulatory agencies during facility inspections/audits, and drives an incident reporting process that ensures effective investigation, reporting, corrective actions, and best practice sharing throughout their business unit and corporate.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, engineering, or other related field
- 3-5 plus years of direct experience with OSHA compliance, behavior-based safety, root cause evaluation, incident management, standards and procedural development, auditing, and training
- Demonstrated passion for safety and environmental excellence
- Knowledge of worker’s compensation regulations
- Experience with Environmental permit compliance and Hazardous Waste management
- Experience in development and implementation of Training Material and processes
- Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (ISO14001:2015 & 45001:2018) a plus
- Experience with manufacturing site a plus
- Strong organizational & planning skills
- Excellent analytical skills & problem-solving skills
- Proficient with technology such as excel, PowerPoint, Word and other standard computer applications
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written), able to interact with all levels in the organization
