Job Description
The HSE Representative will administer the Drug & Alcohol (D&A) program, perform internal and external audits, and manage client information systems. They will also serve as Injury Coordinator for injured employees, participate in Corporate HSE Audits, and ensure accurate completion of customer required documentation.

Requirements

  • Administers the Drug & Alcohol (D&A) program
  • Perform or direct internal and external Drug & Alcohol (D&A) audits
  • Ensure clinics are up to date and in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Generate and distribute monthly/quarterly drug & alcohol statistical data
  • Maintain employee roster and supervisor training roster
  • Manage and communicate client information systems
  • Collection, maintenance, and timely reporting of all HS&E data and statistics
  • Serve as Injury Coordinator for all case management related to injured employees
  • Participate in Corporate HSE Audits
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of customer required documentation
  • Service as a KPA Flex Administrator related to data, reports, and resources
