Job Description
The Program Manager, Housing Support Services Program will oversee the HSSP ODR Project-Based Buildings including clinical services provided to justice-involved population. HSSP is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).
Requirements
Collaborate with the Leadership team of HSSP to monitor all administrative aspects of agency's Department of Mental Health (DMH) contracted HSSP, including billing and contract maximization
Complete required reporting to funders as outlined by contract requirements
Provide individual and group clinical supervision for clinicians and document according to Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology standards
Provide individual and team supervision, support, and performance evaluations for all assigned staff
Collaborate and coordinate with ODR ICMS Team to provide intensive wraparound services to residents of project-based housing sites
Assist in recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of direct service staff
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure proper staff orientation, training and audit preparedness for all clinical and mental health contracts
Maintain a current, thorough knowledge of community resources and utilize these to provide services to clients
Effectively represent agency at funding partner or collaborative meetings
Maintain caseload of up to 10, if applicable
Provide Intern training, support, and supervision as needed
Provide training and support to peers as needed
Support crisis management needs such as, risk assessments and psychiatric hospitalization applications
Assist in crisis interventions as needed, including participating in on call rotation calendar for overnight and weekend After Hours Emergency Line
