They manage storage infrastructure, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and optimize routes for data collection effectiveness. The role also involves team support, data handling, and quality assurance.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle reception, coordinating vehicle maintenance, planning routes, and monitoring personnel performance. The HUB Coordinator must also report operational status to Project Managers, identify and resolve operational issues, and interface with senior management and client stakeholders.

- Monitor personnel performance and conduct evaluations
- Support execution of training and onboarding for new team members
