Role OverviewThe Hub Operations Supervisor is responsible for all operational and logistical activities at the AIT Middle Mile Network HUB locations during their assigned shift. They provide leadership to all members of the Hub operations team and act as the SME for all Middle Mile Network activities. The Hub Operations Supervisor must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and have strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
What You Will Do
Manage and provide leadership to all members of the AIT Middle Mile Network Hub operation, ensure activities on dock are being executed as planned, and assist in identifying and improving service and operations related issues in the Hub station.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operational Logistics or Supply Chain Management, and 5+ years of Supervisory or Managerial Experience. They must be able to communicate with all levels, work collaboratively within a team, and demonstrate leadership through work ethic and high performance.

- 5+ years experience in operational Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Preferred)
- 5+ years experience in Warehouse Management (Required)
- 5+ years Supervisory or Managerial Experience (Required)
- Forklift Certification - Manufacturing/Forklift Certification (Required)
