Job Description
Role Overview

The Huber Reproductive Health Equity Legal Fellow will work with the Health Justice and Congressional Relations teams on various issues around advocacy for reproductive health, rights, and justice. The Fellow will learn the state and federal reproductive health policy landscape while also honing skills in administrative advocacy, rapid response to key reproductive rights court decisions, policy analysis and federal policy tracking, tracking relevant cases in the courts, and policy and legal research and writing.

What You Will Do

The Fellow will conduct legal and policy analysis, produce written materials for internal and external audiences, track federal and state laws and regulations, collaborate with coalitions and external stakeholders, and represent the National Partnership in meetings, briefings, conferences, and other public forums.

Requirements

  • Recent law school graduate - JD required
  • Demonstrated commitment to and experience with gender and racial justice issues including in applying intersectional analysis to social justice work
  • Knowledge of issues involving reproductive health, rights and justice is strongly preferred
